Our founder, Neibert David, has been a devoted follower of the Lord Jesus Christ for nearly three decades. Neibert conducts a weekly Bible Study where she focuses on scriptural and contextual understanding of the Holy Bible. She also focuses on the transformation of the human soul and emotions. Using the Word of God, Neibert desires to uproot unhealthy foundational spiritual formation in the individual.

Over the years, Neibert has been a leader in various teaching ministries, including Small Groups, and she led a Women’s Small Group that met monthly in her home. Neibert is responsible for creating atmospheres of transformation, togetherness, acceptance, and openness so that people may connect with God and each other. Atmospheres where people are comfortable sharing and become transformed in their lives. Neibert has also served in various other ministries in the Church, including but not limited to Hospitality, Finance, Dance, and Singles.

Formerly, Neibert worked in Financial Services with over fifteen years of industry experience in Internal Audit, specializing in Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and Sanctions. Neibert is a Certified Public Accountant and has been a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist.

Neibert earned a Master of Divinity Degree in Theology and Missions graduating with honors from Alliance Theological Seminary. She holds a dual bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Computer Information Systems graduating with honors from the City University of New York – Graduate Center. Neibert also likes to sew and earned a Certificate in Ladies Tailoring from the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT).

Neibert is passionate about seeing everyday people grow their relationship with God. She enjoys seeing people take authority and live on purpose!

Why the name Half-Time Promises?

God promised in the Holy Bible that the Lord Jesus Christ will come again to judge both the living and the dead. We believe that now is the time of urgency to get to know God and His promises. Now is the time to grow our relationship with God.

“Half-Time” speaks to people undergoing the necessary evaluation so that they may live on purpose for the rest of their lives. “Promises” refers to the great and vast promises God gave to all people that will go unfulfilled if they don’t receive His free gift.

Who is the Message of Half-Time Promises designed for?

Seekers of God:

1. People who are curious about what God has to say.
